Cancellation Policy
We understand there will be times when you are unable to keep your scheduled training session. In order to receive full credit for the session, 12 hours notice is required for cancellation. If the 12 hours notice is fulfilled, the credit for that session will then be rolled over to a new time. Failure to cancel your session within this time frame will result in a charge of 50% of your per-session cost. Failure to cancel & failure to show up (no call, no show) for a session will result in a charge of 100% of your per-session cost. This policy is in place for both personal training services and group classes.

Similarly, there may be a time when your trainer may be unavailable for a scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. At this time we will provide you with at least 24 hours notice & we can reschedule to a time that is convenient to you. In a case of an emergency where we can not give a 12 hour cancellation notice, we will give you 50% off of your next session.
Exceptions will only be made in the case of a medical emergency, serious illness or serious medical emergency, accidents and serious accident or illness of a client’s family, relatives, and close friends.
First Time Client
Each first time client must have a separate 15-30 minute consultation with Jazmin before booking a 1:1 session. The consultation is free of charge & is meant to discuss & outline your personal fitness goals, barriers & find a routine that will work best for you.
We will discuss:
Past experiences (in terms of health and physical activity habits),
Current starting place / barriers,
Goals and expectations for the future
After the initial consultation, you would then be able to book our first workout session together.
*** Please note *** that we require all first-time clients to pay a $10 deposit, which is applied to your first session. This deposit ensures that we hold your card information on file. Your card will not be charged further unless it is your preferred method of payment or if by any means we need to charge a cancellation or no show fee.
